food was cold or burnt, slow service, it was BAD. also usually the food orders are wrong and we dont get what we ordered. it's not just once but several times that i have been. i would not recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a quality dining experience. the chips are burnt and greasy. i would rather spend that much money on better food at a better restaurant. i was really unhappy with hams.

I grew up in Madison and would eat at Hams almost every weekend. Now, i live in California and I miss Hams a lot!! I visited NC in November and Hams was the first place I went! I was wondering where you get your ranch dressing from or if i could buy a couple gallons from you or something. Seriously, it is the best i have ever had and i would buy some in a heartbeat! I really wish Hams would spread out and come to California.
