I've eaten at this restaurant for a couple of years now.
The addition of the mini-buffett last year was a great improvement. For $7 with a drink, it's comparable in price to Ten Ten down the street. While the buffett isn't as large as Ten Ten, the quality of the food is slightly better. While the place does a brisk lunch business, I've never had to wait to be seated with 2 people. The buffett is fresh and well stocked between 11:30 and 1pm. I have noticed that the place thins out quickly close to 1PM and the buffett restocking gets pretty lean, so I'd plan to finish before 1 for the best experience. I'm pretty picky and I'd give the food an 8; as far as fast chinesse food goes it's worth checking out. I give the service a 7, but it's hard to rate a self serve buffett. The waitress' do bring refills with a smile and the place appears clean and well kept and the food is warm.
