On 2 occasions in 2006, I and 3 associates ate lunch at the Ridgeland location on Highland Colony Parkway. These were combined birthday celebrations/business meetings. On both occasions we were able to hold business discussions without interference while still receiving attentive service and really good food. This is one of several "boutique" pizza parlors in the Jackson area, allowing you to choose ingredients from a widely varied list. Definitely worth a revisit, especially after work to try from their equally varied beer menu.
