Monte's made me feel as if I were back in some of the old New Orleans eateries in the 40's and 50's. Elegant in the old style. The waiters were fabulous and informative. Wonderful familar dishes from my youth traveling with my parents. I could just see them there listening to Big Band music and dining. We loved it. I will return this July for my Birthday dinner again.

The food is great however service is very important to me. The service is incomparable. Was dining early but that didn't mater to them. They treated us as if it were peak dining time.
We weren't rushed and the waiter was very friendly and helpful. The entire experience was delightful.
