I grew up eating in Doe's but moved from Greenville 30 yrs.ago.I remember my dad taking me as a very small girl and I could barely say the word T A M A L E. It's one of my fondest memories of my dad who is no longer with us. I live in Knoxville,Tn. now and make it back 2 or 3 times a yr. and always look forward to my trip to Doe's. In between times I have my aunt pick me up a dz. tamales, freeze them and overight them to me. The best!!! I wrote numerous times to Food Network telling them they HAD to go there. I was so very happy to know after yrs. of my e-mails you finally got the recognition you so deserve. Keep up the good work and I'll see you in a couple months.
