Pros: Good soup and salad
Cons: Unhealthy food and no beverages
We had a party of six and were seated in smoking, but were promised no one would be seated next to us. It took them ten minutes to seat smokers right next to us. They were not busy at all, we didn't receive rolls until halfway through our meal and then we had to ask for them. It took them 30 minutes to mess up our meal. Steaks were undercooked or overcooked, fried shrimp was overcooked and cold, and baked potatoes were cold. Appetizer dishes sat on the table the whole time until I finally moved them to the bar. Drinks were never refilled and everone received their meals at different times. People who came in after us were getting their meals before us. We spoke with the manager but his only idea was to redo the orders, like we had all day for his help to train on. My French Dip had food particles on it from what looked like chicken. My guess is the cook never washed his sandwich cutting knife and in this could spread various diseases. We then paid our over charged $70 bill and left. There are several other great restaurants in the area I would have much rather been at. "
