I called in our order for 11 people an hour early and we did not get all our food until 45 minutes after we arrived. the service sucks and has not gotten any better of the past few months. The guy that owns it cooks one persons meal and then moves on to the next. I really wonder how big the grill is? I can cook more food faster at home. It really sucks because Max's was so good for such a long time and now this is what we have after two new onwerships.
