The food was average and typical for Joplin area Chinese restaurants. The service from the wait staff was adequate, but the management was another story. There was a dispute as to what time we arrived (lunch rate or dinner rate)-the manager first charged my credit card the lunch rate, then changed her mind and charged extra for the dinner rate. Cussed at me because I disputed the error, threw my credit card at me and threatened to call the police if I continued my dispute. When we left she was still yelling at us (or someone). But the jist of her reasoning for charging the extra was that even though we got there before the rate went up, we were there after they put the dinner food out (our fault?). She said all the restaurants do it - I begged to differ.
