My wife and I went for some private time, leaving the children at home. The experience was everything we were hoping for. The service was totally professional with a personal touch. The ambiance was perfect for a quiet evening of dining. The food was prepared exactly to our specifications. The busser was highly efficient and never intrusive.
While there, we enjoyed a nice house Merlot, an appitizer of mushrooms stuffed with crab meat, the salads were crisp and fresh. Mine had bleu cheese crumbles in proper quantity. They were the proper size and firmness. The entrees were just as good. My wife had Filet Neptune, a filet with real crab meat in Bearnaise Sauce. Mine was a filet done medium rare. The texture was perfect. It was tender and extremely flavorful. Desert was a hot fudge brownie with vanilla ice cream and fresh cut strawberries.
The entire staff was there on cue, but not unneccessarily. The overall experience was very good.
