Don't complain about the wontons written by

We ate here a few months ago because we were out shopping and we were hungry, so we stumbled into the place. They ahave a large menu. This often points to quantity over quality and we were not dissapointed in this regard. The food was nothing special. The stir-fry dishes we ordered were heavy on trusty ol' soy sauce. We started with a plate of wontons and we found them to be hard and tasteless - most likely prepackaged frozen. We complained about them and the owner gave us another serving, but they were the same - just slightly hotter. When we revealed this to the owner, she became angry and argued with us with the ol' standby line: "no one else has complained" - and then she charged us for them! We left without leaving a tip - about the price of the wontons. My sense is that they don't care about how their customers feel, and are not worried if they lose them. We will certainly give them another try if all the other chinese restaurants in town suddenly close down.
