  It's a matter of perspective, I suppose - the quality of the dishes at Joy Luck might be bested by certain other strip mall take-out places around the cities. Maybe. But the food at Joy Luck is no-frills good, the service is excellent and FRIENDLY (true of very few restaurants in the Burnsville/Savage area) and the prices are quite reasonable. Compare this to the two way overpriced D. Fong's in the area, the broccoli-happy Super Dragon, and the remaining handful of lackluster Chinese places around town. (The Vietnamese-Chinese Cam Ranh Bay is the exception, but they might take a lesson on front-desk friendliness from Joy Luck.) I return again and again to Joy Luck, not just for the food but because I feel like they value me as a customer. Other businesses around here should take note! I hope Joy Luck sticks around for many years to come.

  For Savage?...you can't beat this great food! Nice family service and delicious food. Inexpensive and huge portions. PooPoo platter and sesame chicken are fantastic!-Jensen. I would recommend this again and again. They deliver in Minutes for Savage residents and are very friendly! Credit card acceptance is great and they include lots of sauce with your order!

  Finally: delicious Chinese take-out in the south suburbs! Related to Joy Luck in Mpls, we will try out many more dishes. The side-order of Hunan sauce was the perfect solution for 2 people splitting the "Happy Family" and one wanting it spicy. The perfectly cooked vegetables, seafood and beef, in tasty brown sauce made us a happy family.

  I order from these guys all the time. They deliver for orders over $20, and they have a huge selection. I always the big fried rice and cream cheese wantons, and there are leftovers for work for a few days too. They take credit cards or cash, and they have been under their delivery times every time. It's great to have a place close enough to deliver something besides pizza. They are always very nice and polite too. Gotta love this stuff.
