I was sold when I was presented with a glass of water and a comfortable chair while waiting for my take-out order, as if the excellent food wasn't enough to keep me coming back! Their menu includes a variety of freshly prepared Thai dishes, as well as Sushi and delicious, unique desserts like fried bananas with ginger ice cream, yum. Their lunchbox specials provide a generous portion of assorted items at a price that can't be beat. The atmosphere is comfortable and inviting with it's Thai decor and beautiful four-season view of the Kennebec. They are always gracious hosts and when you leave, you feel as though you were an honored guest. I highly recommend the Cafe De Bangkok to anyone looking for a special dining experience.
