You can usually count on the food being consistent and pretty good. The service is ok. The people who work there could stand to smile a bit more and dress a little better, but I'm sure they're minimum wage and not loving it. Where they could stand to make some real improvement is in the appearance of the place. It needs a bit of an overhaul. I think if they did this they'd probably be the top carry out in Hampden. The prices are good, delivery service is good, and service is usually pretty decent. Bella Roma could take a lesson from them, but then that seems to be a theme in this state. I don't know why customer service is so bad anymore, but I've made it a point not to shop where it sucks and return to where I get good service.
