Anniversary dinner? Guess not written by

Simple, Firenze lost a dinner reservation and closed early, we didn't know this until we arrived. When manager was contacted he suggested it was my fault as if the operation of a telephone is beyond the capabilities of the average person. And I may have somehow not had the right day of our 2nd anniversary. I've never asked to be treated like a big shot, just a human being.
Forget the food & ambiance votes (site requires them) we'd have no idea!
