Fabulous vegan Asian cuisine! written by

Zen Garden on Frankfort Avenue in Louisville, Kentucky features an all-vegetarian menu (almost all-vegan) of AMAZING cuisine. Most of their offerings are Vietnamese, some with other Asian influences, with a few American fare sandwich options thrown in (such as an avacado and salad sandwich or veggie burger). The service is adequate but not particularly gracious (but it is Zen), but who cares with such amazing food and a zen-inspiring atmosphere? Also, a large (maybe all?) of their profits go to charity, particularly feeding the hungry near and abroad. GREAT FOR DINING IN OR TAKE OUT (calling ahead is best for take out).
