Great food and service...horrible management written by lovefood24

My husband and I love the food at Ramseys and usually get great service from the girls. However at a recent lunch visit we wittnessed what I thought was a manager and then learned it was the owner speaking to a few employees. I was turning red listening to the vocabulary being used and was wanting to taking my son out of the room. It made my dining experience unenjoyable. I dont care what an employee did to deserve this scaulding nor do I care, it is not necessary to speak to any human being that way, let alone out on the dinning room floor for guests to listen to. I am appauled and do not care how good the service and food is...this makes me not want to go back.

I just would like to thank Mr Ramsey for omitting the happy hour at the Bryan Station location. We don't need anymore places on the north side for such caos. It was hard to go in and eat dinner on a Friday evening with the family. Due to what the enviroment had became we were forced to relocate for our evenings. I am happy to say that I will be returning again. Thank you.
