I counted half a dozen health-code violations within 3 minutes of being in Rally's. First, the cashier was grabbing frozen chickin with her bare hands, she then wiped them off on her dirty clothes and went to handle cash and get someone a drink. Not only was no one wearing any gloves, they were switching back and forth between handling food and less-than-clean items like cash.
The service was also pretty bad as they didn't act like they knew what they were doing and were very unfriendly.
The cleanliness of the restaurant was deplorable. I contemplated throwing away my meal and just going back home.
The meal itself wasn't even very good. Luke-warm fries, and an over-greasy burger. The milkshake tasted grainy.
I wouldn't go back to Rally's even someone paid for my meal. There are plenty of better fast-food-restaurants out there.
