  Used to be a nice place to eat

  We have eaten at ditto's several times. Originally the bar tender offered great service. He went into politics and left. That is when it began to think it was doing you a favor by waiting on you. Not as good any more.

  We stopped going to this eatery for the very same reasons the previous review gave. Attitude, bad service and a reminder of why I hated high school catty, snotty, spoiled brats that unfortunately seat you and serve you. It is a shame since I really enjoyed this place in the past.

  A few years back we stopped visiting Ditto's completely due to the service and the attitude that they were doing us a favor by serving us. We recently decided to give them a try again. It seems it is worse than ever. One searches for a parking space. Ends up in a tight space which begs to have your car sideswiped. Next we go to the dreaded waiting area. We are told that the wait is approx 20 minutes. We wait 30-35. Next we are seated and do not see a server for over 10 minutes. We end up having to leave without even as much as a drink of water. As we were getting up to go an employee comes in our area to check on a booth of patrons. I attempted to advise her that we were leaving, be she acted as if our small group was invisible. It's always amazing how long one has to wait considering how many empty booths and tables there are open when you arrive as well as when you leave. After all this drama, turmoil and frustration, the food is the equivilent of Dennys? Its amazing that some professional food critics have given such positive reviews of Ditto's. It only proves one of 2 things. 1- that the restaurant is aware of who they are, and that special treatment is given; or 2- to totally discount the opinions of those reviewers.
