My sister and I went to Wyandot Barbeque on Wednesday April 11,2007 the food that I ordered a Burnt End Plate with heavy sauce when i got home and began eating my meal I noticed that once i got to the meat it was dried out and hard so much so that the meat was turning clear I called and spoke to the same man that took my order he told me to bring it the next day so I had my sister to run it in and explain what was wrong with it and the female employee said that the person that would be able to assist us would be there in 5-10 mins my sister said that was fine that she would wait she came out and explained that to me I said fine we waited about 10 mins later the owner came out and my sister said that the food was dried out and hard and that I could not eat it the owner then told her well it looks like she put a pretty good dent in it that's when my sister told he that I had not eaten hardly anything because I just had Gastric Bypass Surgery he then said that the food was fine he had been digging around in the container of food with his fingers touching the food and said no I'M NOT TAKING THIS BACK! my sister came out to the car and told me what he was saying so I went in so that i could explain what the situation was the owner proceeded to yell at me that he would not take the food back and that he would not return my money at that he pushed the tray across the counter at and he stated that he would not discuss it any further answered the phone then turned and walked away. We were humiliated he treated us less than human by the way he spoke to us and I need some assistance the employees when taking orders from people they have awful disposition treated in the same manner my grandmother stated that she stopped going there years ago when the owner mocked the way that she walked when he gave her old food.
