I'm a regular at My Canh. I've never had a bad experience. Service is always pleasant and the food is always great! I like the relaxed atmosphere not noisy like a lot of the trendier places. Good authentic food that you might be served in someones home. The Pho will cure whatever ails you.

The food is average. And the customer service is horrible! Our tab turned out to be more than what it is ought to be. When we tried to ask about it as future reference, we were given an attitude. Apparently, we were added for extra things which we ask NOT TO HAVE! The owner’s attitude was “well, it’s on the ticket so it must be right”. First of all, it is not the customer fault that your staff screwed up. Secondly, we should not pay for something we did not order (not to mention it was not in our Pho).
Even if the $4 were given back to us, we will not take it. But an attempt to do so would be thoughtful. Or just a simple apology. The only thing we got was an attitude and a shove-off. And the dining experience wasn’t any better either... pissed off/unhappy waitress with attitude, not filling up water glasses...etc.
Overall, this restaurant needs to improve on their customer service! Why would you want to piss off a $100/month customer over $4?? We work hard for our money, we should be able to enjoy spending it. Our lunch group will never eat at My Canh again!
