The dining is relaxed and casual. The decor is rustic Kansas, and in an historic old bank with original tin ceiling. The service is fast and great. The restaurant hires maniy local high schoolers and they are exceptionally polite and fast. The food is fresh, hot, and filling. Try the non-hot sauce - it is great.
