If I was this store managers supervisor I would be ashamed and embarrassed. It was Saturday, Nov. 4th, at 6:30pm. Some fast food places would assume this would be around supper time for a lot of people and be staffed appropriately. Well, not this one. There were two of us and we needed to have a quick supper since we had to be somewhere in 45 minutes. We had several fast food place options, but chose Burger King on this night. We ordered two whopper value meals, paid our money and got our drinks. Typically a fast food place has your food ready within 5 minutes.....but not this one. We had to wait over 16 minutes before they called our number. When I received our food from the manager I calmy commented that this was the longest I have ever had to wait at a fast food place before. The two medium sized french fry sacks barely had any french fries in them so I asked the manager if he would fill them up for me, especially since we had to wait so long for our food. He quickly became upset and sarcastically asked me if I was mad. I said "No, but I'm starting to get there"! He just said "Well, I'll just give you your money back". I told him if he would simply fill the fries ordered correctly everything would be fine. He then very rudely said "No, I don't think there is anything we can do to make you happy, so I'll just give you your money back". (Keep in mind I just told him what would simply resolve the problem). During this conversation I was calm and collected the whole time, up to this point. After that, I politely, but loudly, informed the new customers at the register ordering, that they might not want to eat here because it will take forever to get their food. The manager got upset and in a threatening voice told me he was going to have to ask me to leave the store if I was going to tell the customers not to eat there. I told him I was just letting them know not to expect their food very quickly, in case they were in a hurry also. He finally had the only person at the cash register give me my money back.

We drove a block away to McDonalds, receiving our food in about 2 minutes, maybe less.

I usually don't get frustrated enough to waste my time and write anyone about something like this, but I felt the manager could have easily and professionally resolved the issue, but chose to be rude and disrespectful, and run his customers off in front of several other customers inside the store. It sure is hard to find good customer service these days. I would highly recommend you DO NOT go to this Burger King unless you want a slow, impolite, frustrating experience.

IT WAS ABOUT 530 PM AND I PREFER BURGER KING BURGERS. THE ORDER WAS TWO DOUBLE CHEESEBURGERS. I HAD NOTICED A SEMI MAKING A DELIVER THERE BUT DID NOT THINK MUCH OF IT. WHEN I GOT TO THE WINDOW I WAS ASKED TO PULL UP. OK THERE WAS ANOTHER CAR WAITING AND THEN THE CAR BEHIND ME WAITED TOO. AFTER ABOUT 5 MINUTES THE CAR IN FRONT OF ME GOT FOOD, THEN IT WAS JUST ME AND THE CAR BEHIND WAITING. ANOTHER 10 MINUTES OR SO THE CAR BEHIND ME GETS HIS FOOD AND OR DRIVES OFF. ANOTHER 5 MINUTES AND MY DRIVER DECIDES TO GO IN. IT'S SITTING ON THE COUNTER!!! IT'S COLD!!! THERE WEREN'T ANY ACCEPTABLE EXCUSES FOR THIS. I HEARD IT WAS SHIFT CHANGE, I HEARD WE HAD A RUN. I WILL HAVE A HARD TIME GOING BACK TO ANY BURGER KING. THINKING BACK I HAVE ALWAYS HAD A HARD TIME GETTING A REALLY WARM BURGER LET ALONE HOT. THE BURGER KING IN DERBY WAS A JOKE TOO AND IT CLOSED. NO WONDER BK IS STRUGGLING WITH A 30 MILLION DOLLAR BANKRUPTSY. YOU HAVE LOST MY BUSSINESS FOR GOOD. SINCERELY, JAY BUCHER
