I have always liked Applebees food and have never really had any complaints, However at this Applebees when we ordered carside to go they got our order wrong, did not give all the side items, the food was cold and the waitress who came out to the car very rude! I called the manager to express my opinion on the situation and I got the feeling that he couldn't have cared less. I WILL NOT dine at this establishment again and I wouldn't reccomend anyone else going there either.
On a brighter note the Applebees on 47th st SO. had great food and terrific friendly and helpful service. Worth the drive in the other direction to have an enjoayble dinner experience

I will never visit this restaurant again. The service was slow and our waitress did not listen to any of our orders. Every order was wrong. We had to tell the host three times how many we had in our party - even though we were all standing right in front of him. He was more interested in talking to his co-worker than finding us a table. I enjoy eating out in Wichita. I have lived in Wichita for three years and have never had this bad of an experience at any restaurant. This restaurant needs new waitstaff and new management. It really was the worst dining experience I have ever had. I do NOT recommend this establishment to anyone.
