Exactly enough cheese and the PERFECT sauce!! The sausage is great, too, because it's the crumbly kind, not big chunks. I also like this restuarant because it has been around for a really long time and is family owned.
If you eat inside, look at all the papers on the wall for historical background and pictures on Mars Hill and the surrounding area.
I've never had it, but the fried chicken there is supposed to be really awesome, too!
