If you want to try some authentic Chinese food, don't order from their printed menu. Instead, just tell them that you want "traditional Chinese style" dishes. For those who don't know where to start (especially for Americans), I would recommend "Water-boiled beef" (literally translated from Chinese, pronounced as "Shui Zhu Nio"), which has a very special Chinese spice in there. You can specify your preferred spicy level (small, medium, very hot). If you don't like spicy, they also have many choices. Just let them know and they will tell you what they have.
i love this place..it is the very best chinese food in town..and for one main reason, it is authentic! Most places are americanized but not here, it is pure chinese.. and extremely spicy! It is not a sit down restaraunt, it is what could be considered chinese fast food. It is also one of the cheapest places to eat, with the combination specials ranging from 3.50$-5.50$..lunch and dinner are the same prices. The workers are very friendly
I can find non-americanized chinese food there. You can even tell them what you want to eat but not on the menu.
