I really like this restaurant. My husband is somewhat of a food snob so he's not particularly fond of it. However, every time he's got other plans for dinner, I take the opportunity to eat from the Wasabi Express. In fact, I plan on eating there tonight while my husband is watching UGA in the World Series. Go Dawgs!!
The owner (or manager) of this restaurant is Vietnamese.
I found this restaurant on a road trip. It's just off I-20 off the Route 28 (Washington Road) exit, Exit #199.
Turn East onto route 28 (Washington Rd) immediately after you exit, and it's only a few blocks away. It's on the right hand (South) side of the street.
This is a converted fast-food restaurant. So it's not fancy, but it's clean, and the food is good, and at least the Vietnamese dishes are authentic. You place your order at the counter, pay, then sit down, and they bring the food out to you.
I had the Pho, the rice noodle soup, with beef, and was very satisfied. I didn't try any of their Japanese dishes.
