Individual indicating per telephone call that they were a manager servicing drive through window. Filled container for laptop meal approximately 1/3 full and did not say she did not have proper container. On previous day the same container size was completely filled. Situations such as this should be shared with customer at time of purchase to alleviate the appearance of cheating the consumer. The server answered phone when I called and indicated she was the manager on duty. I doubt that she was and if so I seriously question her ability to make sure the consumer leaves with a positive feeling about KFC and their practices.
