These people should be ashamed of themselves. Time and time again I've been dragged kicking and screaming to this dump for business dinners. Don't plan on getting out of there in less than three hours. That time will typically encompass a team of incompetent waiters placing your party's plates down in a synchronized fashion, waiting over an hour for your entrees, and waiting again after having sent them back since they are wrong or uncooked - avoid the rib eye unless you like four hour dinners. Avoid this place at all costs.

Service is terribly slow. Orders often late. Waiters unattentive. I have given it too many second chances, and each time I go, there is another horror story!

I ate here with a colleague and the service was pitiful! They screwed up our order, tried to compensate with the Grouper...I do not eat fish. When we asked the waiter where our food was, the gutless worm hid in the corner and never came back. I would strongly recommend any of the other fine restaurants in Savannah over this place! Just walk on by!

This was the worst service at a restaurant that I'd ever had. Two and a half hours into the meal, we finally received our entrees. The waitress ignored us, our water glasses were empty for half the meal, and they undercooked the food. How hard is it to cook a steak Medium Rare when you have two hours to do it? They focused on sychronized delivery of the food, but missed on everything else. The food was only mediocre, however the menu was very similar to much of the other fare you can get in Savannah at half the price without having to give up your whole evening. The ambiance is nice, but a little bit stuffy.

Overall, I'd call it a bust.
