Large party of 15 or more. Serve time was more than one hour. Food items ordered was delivered to folks that came to the table last. Order was taken by staff at different times. Drink orders delivery was more that 30 minutes and one at the time. So, no one dranked or eat at the same time. Food was distributed in 20 minutes time allocations, so there was never a party period where everyone eat or drank at the same time. Then refills we never offered. Your Staff did not offer to assist Raymond our server with the large party. We all ask that assistance be given to Raymond because we could not after being at the location for more than 45 minutes, drink not eat timely or as a group. After 45 minutes. Our arrival time was 5:45pm our eating time was 8:00pm. Then when we ask for the ticket and was advised that the ticket could not be separated. However-the police was called. After the manager was Nasty.
