charming building. most expensive breakfasts i've seen. service inconsistant. one young lady was covering for everyone while her co-worker barely served his own table. food came cold. people next to me got their bill before they got their eggs back from being warmed up-
you do not get what you pay for here. i at least expected a tasty cup of perhaps fresh roasted coffee rather than the same ol' same ol' you can get at any fast food place-

I wanted a pancake with my eggs. No pancakes on the menu. The waiter told me the specials, but did not mention prices. One special was French toast with eggs. I ordered it. When it came, there were five pieces of very thick french bread creating a huge heap of food covered by candied apples and walnuts, enough food for two people easily. I knew I was in trouble. The french toast turned out to be $14 and change, the coffee was $2.25, after tip I had a $21 breakfast. I felt set up, suckered and stupid for not asking how much the special cost before ordering it. I never expected it to cost as much as a dinner entree.

Very bad experience and two other parties nearby complained, too. Very slow service, no customer service, overpriced food, etc.
