Over charged on my bill written by

Last visited this restaurant on April 18, 2007
I ordered a white russian and was charged $9. When I questioned the bartender she said that's how much it cost since it had khalua and vodka. One the bill each liquor was itemized. I was charged for a full shot of each, and my drink was not a double nor did I ask for one. I will never go back.
