I went there for lunch couple times. It was not very crowded, and it was not noisy. Very simple little restaurant with bar seatings, tables, and a big room of tatami seatings(sit on the Japanese floor mates). I ordered rice bowls with chicken, onions and eggs on it. Very tasty and feels like home cooking. They also have bento and other lunch special. Price is decent. $6.25 for rice bowls, $9.25 for lunch special plates. They all come with miso soup and salad.
