The key to success for a fast food restaurant such as this is in the title -- FAST. There is nothing fast about this restaurant. A typical wait time in the dining room (whether for eat-in or carry-out) is 15-20 minutes from entering the restaurant to receiving the order. I work close by and visit this restaurant on the order of once per week. I would visit more often but don't have patience for the wait. This performance is consistent from about 11:30 am through at least 3 pm.
