I came to Wendy's today for lunch and tried to order a fish sandwich, only to find that they are off the menu again.so I ordered a chili and that new chicken salad freshcata and asked could I please have a hamburger roll instead of that thick white doughy roll that it comes with(horrible) and she said yes and I also asked to please leave the lettuce off as I do not like lettuce on my sandwiches. when I got back to work, of course, there was lettuce on the sandwich and the hard white doughy roll.
What would a person have to do to get something the way they ordered it from a fast food joint? The people that fill these positions seem as though they are mindless robots and that any diversion from the norm throws them for a complete loop! Just had to let you know, you asked, I replied! Thank you
