    Historic restaurant and looks like it too

    Cleanliness needs a lot of improvement, it kind of ruins your appetite. Food is not too bad. Kinda cafeteria style. Maybe some improvements in the interior as well would help out the experience. Depends on what you want to eat for lunch. Mostly rice, chicken, beans and no desserts. Would try somewhere else.
