  I went to the Italiano for lunch one day. It wasn't too busy when we got there and there were a few empty tables. The problem with this place is that you have to enter at the precisely correct time or you will sit and sit and sit forever without being offered a menu or drinks. Otherwise, the staff is friendly and helpful, but could use more waiters to ensure that you actually get waited on or perhaps a hostess.
