I have been a regular at Panda Garden for nearly 7 years. Never had a bad experience. Food consistently good. No complaints. For a take-out place, atmosphere is nothing special. But I go for the food, which is comparable to NY style. New Thai food also delicious and fresh -- on par with home made egg rolls and Chinese menu.
We were a customer for 8 years and was happy with the cleanliness and quality of the food. Over the last few months we noticed changes such as less meat or shrimp in the dishes and no condiments with orders, especially getting no crispy noodles with a $12 order. When we placed our last order, we saw a steep rise in prices and when we opened the food containers at home, they were only about 3/4 filled. This was not due to a hectic pace in the place since I was the only one in the restaurant and there was only one person working who took my order, filled the order and took my money. When I mentioned this experience to a neighbor, he said the same thing happened to him and he was turned off by the half filled orders that were mainly sauce. So you're paying higher prices and not getting a full order. What a shame! Now I drive two miles further when we want chinese food.
