  I am a little biased but I worked at New China from 1999-2002. The owners are from China and have a high turnover rate of delivery drivers. They are often extra cooks who are visiting and almost always people that are not from Tallahassee. This can cause delivery problems sometimes. I would suggest ordering for pick-up. On pick-up/takeout orders, the food is always ready in 10-15 minutes. They have very good cooks working there and the people are very nice. In summary, I recommend New China but would advise ordering for pick-up.

  I've gotten food from New China for the past four years. The food is always delicious, but the delivery guy gets lost every single time, and it almost always takes an hour+ to get the food. I live in the easiest to find apartment, on a major road, so I think they just either hire stupid drivers, or they screw around when they are supposed to be working. The food is usually worth the wait.
