  Decent food, bad service

  The food was good, reasonably priced, but certainly not the best in Sarasota (I could name about five more restaurants in Sarasota that are marginally, if not, much better). I was slightly disappointed in the mussels I ordered as an appetizer, as they were not fresh. I expect that at a Chinese buffet, not at a relatively nice restaurant. Beyond that, the food was tasty and had a unique fusion of South African and Italian cuisine. The service, however, was awful. Among other things, our dirty plates were left on our table, our water glasses were left empty, and the wait staff was blasé. I wouldn’t go back again.
