The steaks were good but this was the loudest restaurant I have ever experienced and I have eaten in hundreds of them all across the country. The piano player must have been deaf because he pounded the keys unmercifully. He also never paused between pieces or gave us the comfort of a break. The assault on our ears was painful. We asked the wait staff twice to request he be softer on the keys or take a break. Nothing was done. We were a party of twelve on a monthly outing and had to shout to be heard. The waitress even had to shout to be heard. As we left I told the manager that this was the most uncomfortable and least enjoyable dinner we had ever experienced. Her comment.....
"Everyone has a right to their opinion" and she turned away. How's that for service?
We will ot return and I will go out of my way to share this awful (and painful) experience.
If you must go, take those foam ear plugs and either learn sign language or take pen and paper to communicate with.
To make matters worse, the wait staff spilled ranch dressing all over one of our people. She did her best to deal with this. In a well run and class establishment the manager or wait staff supervisor would have visited the soiled customer to express regrets and offer to pay for the cleaning of his now greasy slacks. No such visit was made.
Bad form. Very bad form.
