  I went in to get carry out service. The young lady let someone else skip me. She also took a phone caller's order ahead of me, eventhough I had been patiently waiting. When I had received my order, the food was awful. I was very disappointed in this Famous Amos!

  As a great customer of Famous Amos, have you ever thought of expanding to central florida such as Clermont or west Orlando area where your restaurant would be greatly appreciated and a big hit, especially Clermont where 1000 homes are built yearly. Everytime we visit Jacksonville we must stop by your mandarin location. As an ex-native of Jacksonville we truly miss your reastaurant.
