  I love chicken koop, they have the best chicken in town. My fav thing is the number six which is a six piece sweet and tangy,fries,and the best butter roll. The only bad thing was the service,they weren't rude by any means but they served everyone in the drive thru before they gave me my order (which was first) and it took 30min but when i finally got my food i was utterly fulfilled and pleased

  I went to the chicken koop on merrill road and i got excellent service the cashier was very friendly and helpful,inspite of my pickiness she remained calm and kept a smile on her face.This made me feel appreciated and not just tolerated as a paying custmer.

  While dining in at the Chicken Koop, i was accosted by several large urban type males. They referred to me as "whitey" and told me that i was in the wrong 'hood. I was also not so politely asked to leave Edgewood Ave. all together or a horrible crime of a sexual nature would be commited against my mother. All this occured while the staff behind the counter laughed and gathered more employees to witness my denigration. I'd highly recommend KFC or Bojangles as alternatives to the hate mongering staff and clientele at the Chicken Koop.

  I wanted good chicken wings and didn't want to wait very long. Went to drive through, gave them money, they gave me chicken wings, fries and a delicious biscuit.

  Horrible Service at Chicken Koop Wings & Things

  We were the only dine-in customers in the place. After fulfilling all of the to-go orders placed after our order, our wings were still not served. We sat in the dining room staring at the cashier eating behind the counter. And the cooks in the back were just standing there staring at us. My husband finally went up to the counter and asked if our order was coming up soon. Oops, the cashier forgot! No refund or apologies offered! In addition, they were out of the celery that we ordered. We are never eating here again!

  Awful, awful and awful; I place an order at the beach locations and the food was awful; I was closer to Main st. location, when I notice it, and ask the people there, can I return it there and get fresh good for they told me that Ihad to go back to beach. That they wasn't able to get their money back from that location; since I had used a credit card. Can you believe these people, actually want me to drive back across town to return FOOD.

  First I must say, I love Chicken Koop chicken. I have patronize your business every since the first restaurant open on Edgewood. Last night 12-13-05. I visit the Chicken Koop on Main St. I ordered a 10 piece lemon pepper wing. I asked for a even amount of drums and flates and was given two drums and the rest flates(a wing consist of a drum & flate). When I told the young lady who waited on me, that I wanted more drum she rudely stated, we don't do that and if you have a problem with that you can complain on line. This is not the first time I have entercounted unprofessionlism from this restaurant. The employees there act is if they are doing me a favor or that I owe them something. Just because a resuaurant is located in a certain area, that's no reason to treat customers unprofessional. Our money spend just like everybody else money. You can rest assure I will not be spending my money there any more. I refuse to spend my money be treated rudely.
