  Always very good food, friendly people - I love the night off from cooking. We own a restaurant, and we expect as good or better than what we produce. They do!

  The cooking area always looks clean, I like the way they handle the food. The only resturant I know I won't get sick from.

  The people there are really nice and they have GREAT food. Probably the best Chinese food in Pensacola. It's not as greasy as the other places and it's very fresh. There hours of operation are also very convenient given that most of the other Chinese places close at 9pm. Chen's closes at about 11pm.
