Voted Lansing's Best Mexican Food by the State Journal
El Azteco has been voted "Best Mexican Restaurant" and
"Best Margaritas" by the Lansing State Journal over the
past several years.
One of our best sellers is the Topopo salad, the Mexican
counterpart to the American chef salad. It's a mountain of
salad, with lettuce, tomatoes, chicken, cheese, jalapenos,
scallions, and peas served on a bed of tortilla chips spread
with frijoles, melted cheese and guacamole.
Start off with some cheese dip to go with the chips and
salsa. It has been a long quest for many to obtain the
recipe to this unique item but its secret ingredients remain
a mystery.
The Blue corn and Jocoque enchiladas are not to be
missed--you won't find anything else like them in town.
We also have all the popular standbys, from tacos to
fajitas.
The atmosphere at El Azteco is a causal one, so be
prepared for a good time with friends and family.
