Description: Passionate about the fabulous foods found in America, Zingerman' s Roadhouse is dedicated to bringing food-loving folk really good American food. We' ve traveled across the country and back again to bring traditional, full-flavored foods to Ann Arbor. Over four years down the road from our opening & we' re more excited than ever about our incredible grits from South Carolina, amazingly flavorful pork from the Niman Ranch network of small family farms, artisan cheeses, our new classic cocktails, & micro brewed beers & fine wines from all over the US. We' re having more fun than ever making modern versions of old-time favorites like macaroni & cheese, pimento cheese, really good fried chicken, crab cakes, & Eastern North Carolina pulled pork. And we offer complimentary tastes of anything on our menu. We've taken the time to develop every recipe, & we can't wait to talk to you about it.
