  Is it a patty melt or paper melt?

  I ordered the patty melt sandwich, took a bite, and found paper inside the sandwich. It must have been the paper that's used between frozen patties. I told the waitress that I wanted to speak with the manager. He/she didn't have the decency to come over to speak with me or apologize to me. I know that mistakes happen, but at this particular establishment, the manager does not care about you or the food he serves to you.
