  I agree! This is my favorite restaurant Downtown. I eat there every time I go to Lansing. They should write a book on hospitality skills, and spread it around. The food is as outstanding as the service too.

  Ted-Dees needs more good press and I have failed to do my part to that end that for too long.
  
  These folks make durn good sandwiches to order with nothing but fresh ingredients, and their service is exceptional (and by that I mean friendly, attentive, caring, ... all that great customer care stuff -- really!)
  
  I don't know if they live in the shadow of Sara's (that was previously in the same storefront)--maybe that's why nobody seems to talk about them--but I've never a bad experience here, and will keep coming back.
