My office has ordered from Tazza in the past and each time there's some sort of issue. This was the last straw. One of our meals was cold, and one wasn't there at all. The manager refused a refund for the missing meal but promised to have the meal to us within 30 minutes. An hour and a half later one of us had to go to the restaurant because we kept being told that it was on its way and the manager wouldn't speak to us. It took from the time we ordered at 11 a.m. until 2:15 p.m. to recify the situation, and still the food never arrived. The manager was uncaring and insincere, and the food was not worth the trouble. Out of 10 of us in the restaurant, 10 of us will never go back. How can a restaurant survive treating their customers this way???
This restaurant has excellent atmosphere, and seems to be a very popular destination for downtown professionals. The entire menu seems reasonable, although our group dined from the appetizer menu. You must order the chips and salsa; they are the best I've ever had. The chips are thick, and topped with a grated cheese possibly parmesan. The salsa is definitely kicked up a notch, but not too hot. The portions of chicken tenders are very generous; each order includes 5 which are more like small chicken breasts. I heartily recommend this as a must if you are passing through the Nashville area.
The first time we ate at Tazza, we were hooked. The Santa Fe spring rolls are addictive! We love it there!
After recving a bad meal & calling to let them know they promised a credit on our next order that it would be put in the computer in our name. 2 weeks later when we called to get the order they advised that it was not in the computer so they could not give us the credit when I asked to speak to the manager she came to the phone but was not very pleasant & said if we did not get the managers name then she could not help us. Upon calling when that manager was in he said he was out of the country. In the past we have ordered from them & had excellant service But the last 2 times it was VERY VERY POOR.
We had a deliver and the food was awful the manager said he would give us credit but when we called to get our free credit they would not give it to us because the manager never put it in the computer. We are a large company that has ordered alot from them but not ever again.
