  Unbelievable Bad Service Story

  I went to catch a basketball game during tourney time at about 2pm. I asked the manager who's in control of the television's to find the Ky-Miss St game on ESPN Full Court. I was told by the manager, that they didn't carry the game. I expressed dismay that any sports bar didn't carry FC, especially one that I knew from previous experience actually did, he reluctantly went back again. He came back to tell me that he could only find a Ky game which was played the previous night. When I pointed this out, the manager went back to check and found it. Finally I got the game on the TV I was actually watching. I have to admit that I wondered if he understood how to use his equipment as a manager. So far so good until the game got to the last 7 seconds of a close game. The TV switched to the game that was playing on the other TV's. When I begged the manager to turn it back, I was told no, that someone must have been "fooling with the TV's", and it wasn't his fault. At no time did he offer to change it back or to check in the back. I only got a weak sorry. I paid my bill and left.
  
  Across the street at a coffee shop. I checked for the final score to find that the game went into overtime! I went back across the street to find the manager. I explained that the game had gone into overtime. He said that he didn't change it and it wasn't his fault. I explained that it went into overtime. He asked if I wanted it changed back to the game! I said yes. I asked if he understood why I was upset. He said that it wasn't his fault and he couldn't help me! I was dumbfounded. Please understand that I was never rude though upset.
  
  He never offered to change it back to the game! I left SP's without seeing the end of the game, the overtime, or ever having the MANAGER offer to help get the game back on for me. All I could ever get out of the manager was that it wasn't his fault, he didn't change it, and he couldn't help me. Needless to say, I can not recommend this bar under any circumstances.
