  My family has been eating at Joe's forever. We love the food and watching the cooks up close and personal. We have have all of our big celebrations there and we are always happy when we leave. They always take great care of us. I even had them cater my wedding and everything was fantastic. We love it here!

  The place is very nice, a modern twist of a retro style decor. The service was very good. The food portions were huge, but the quality was terrible. Veal Parm had so much grease it ran over onto the table as soon as I started cutting a piece. The meat balls were as hard as rocks, and the fried ravioli was served with ranch dressing as a dipping sauce.
  
  Before you call yourself an "Italian" restaurant you should learn what that means. Visit Italy or New York.

  My husband and I are new to stockton and heard they had turkey burgers so I was in. Well, all we got was a patty of ground turkey and bread. The flavor wasn't good and we had to ask for condiments. Then the waitress thought she lost my credit card and it took 20 minutes to find it. Not a place we'll visit again.

  I ordered fried calamari! It was the best calamari i have ever ate!! I felt real comfortable sitting at the counter. The cooks were especially nice and even the chef offered me some dessert!!! At open counters I have never met any of the cooks. They were all so welcoming. Amazing customer service and me and my whole family will be returning.

  a truly uniqu resturant open kitchen loud, but where the money people eat casualy.the service was fast and cordial. the resturant had an energetic young staff with all employe's acting in a professional manner and they all looked clean. the resturant also offered a cocktail lounge where I indulged on the bull service bar. It was easy to pick up a conversation with the bar tender and the coctail waitress was also verry cute and friendly

  Stockton Joe's is one of the best places to eat in the San Joaquin Valley. A great dark lounge to have cocktails in before you eat. Italian/American cuisine. Excellent Ravioli's!
